I was the lead producer for a multi-location, international video shoot. I was responsible for overseeing the entire creative process from conception to execution. This included careful budgeting and the management of contracts to ensure that all aspects of production rAn smoothly. Additionally, I identified and managed all relationships with outside partners, facilitating collaboration to enhance the project. I also implemented and oversaw the internal video strategy, ensuring that our content aligned with the overarching business priorities of the company.
